I'm so fortunate to be able to say, I love what I do! I've been in the business since 1984, WOW! I began my career at Hair By Stewarts and worked there for almost 10 years. In 1994, I was given the opportunity to purchase The Gallery business. Now, in 2010, my dream has finally come true...to build a beautiful salon, like what you see in magazines, a salon that would cater to all and offer things in Council Bluffs that other salons do not offer. I am so blessed to be given the chance to do this! Though it's challenging to run a business, have employees, and work as a full time stylist, I can't think of anything else I'd rather do. My goal everyday is for every one of my clients to love their look and bring a smile to their face! I'm not partial to one thing, I love it all! I worked in an office environment for twelve years before I decided to change professions. I've always wanted to be in the hair industry, therefore, I made a BIG career change and enrolled in cosmetology school. Which I never regretted...! The most rewarding part of my job is giving the client a TOTAL makeover. From cut to color, their smile says it all! I graduated from EQ in 1999, and worked at Hair By Stewarts until 2004, when I came to The Gallery Hair Salon.

Amie grew up in Glenwood and graduated from high school in 2000. While a senior in high school, she discovered her passion and made the decision to attend EQ School of Hairstyling. After graduating from EQ in 2001, she started her career at Hair by Stewarts and worked there until 2004, when she began working at The Gallery Hair Salon. Along with all of her styling talents, Amie especially has a flair with long hair and putting a nice final touch to it. She does beautiful highlighting/color techniques. Welcome to The Gallery! I have been involved in the cosmetology industry for over 30 years. In that time my cosmetology license has allowed me to work at many positions. My favorites are teaching, which I did for over 20 years, and working in a salon. Teaching was very rewarding on it's own, but, working in a salon with some of the top graduates I actually taught, is AWESOME! I feel truly blessed in my career and life. I look forward to seeing you soon!

I grew up in Council Bluffs and I graduated from Lewis Central in 2004. I went to EQ School of Hair Design and worked for Supercuts for seven years and managed there for 5 years. I love making people look and feel better! I love meeting new people! Call me today!

I've had a passion for hair since I was a little girl. I grew up in Omaha, NE where I spent the majority of my Career. I graduated high school at the young age of 17 and enrolled in Xenon International Academy right away, then immediately fell in love with the industry. I graduated in January of 2011 and have been behind the chair ever since. In 2018 love brought me to Iowa, where both of my parents grew up. I have a passion for making people feel their best! This career has brought out the best in me and I truly love meeting new people, and building relationships that will last a lifetime! I'm so excited to meet you!
